This project was an interior strip-out job where asbestos was present, presenting a substantial risk if not handled correctly.
We knew we had to approach the task with meticulous attention to detail and the utmost regard for safety. The client intended to renovate the entire house, which meant that all asbestos materials had to be removed with zero margin for error.
We began by conducting a thorough inspection and assessment of the property, allowing us to understand the extent of asbestos present and develop a strategic removal plan. Equipped with our state-of-the-art protective gear and equipment, our team carefully extracted the asbestos-laden materials.
Every fragment of asbestos was safely removed, bagged, and appropriately disposed of according to regulatory standards. Following the removal, we conducted rigorous air monitoring tests to ensure the environment was absolutely safe for the upcoming renovation works.
