Three decades
on Sydney sites.
Active Demolition has worked in demolition for over 30 years. We’re based in Ryde and come to you, anywhere across our 297 Sydney suburbs, so there’s no office to visit.
Most of our work clears the way for something new: a knockdown rebuild, an extension, a backyard without the old pool or a block ready for the builder. We plan each job around what stays, how the machines get in and the handover the next trade needs.

Builders and developers
A block cleared to the handover agreed with you, fitting around the rest of your programme. Slabs, footings and excavation are set out as separate lines, so the next trade knows what it’s getting.
Renovations and single jobs
A garage, a pool, a fibro ceiling or the inside of a house before a renovation. Smaller jobs get the same written scope, on their own or alongside a larger project.
