What about the slab?

For a garage or shed, the structure, anything it’s attached to and the concrete underneath are separate decisions. How you’ll use the space next settles them.

  1. Keep the slab

The garage comes down, and the slab, driveway and neighbouring surfaces stay, protected while we work.

  2. Remove the slab and footings

The concrete and footings come out too, priced on their own line. Digging for a new structure afterwards is quoted as excavation.

  3. An attached garage?

Where the roof or walls join the house or another building, the connection is assessed before the removal is agreed.

Customer reviews

Good work.
In their words.

Did a great job at demolishing my garage for a reasonable price. When I asked them to remove extra rubbish that had not been planned for, they were more than happy to help.

Bill, Hussein and the entire team did an amazing demolition and asbestos removal job for me… they managed it all in less than a day to take down the garage and demo the adjoining shed.
Ashton P.Google review · February 2026
Removal of my asbestos garage ceiling. Professional, on time, on budget, and a safely executed good quality job.

Before we price itWhat it’s made of,
how we get in.

What it’s built from, how we reach it and what’s around it. Photos from each side and of the way in are usually enough to start.

  1. What it’s built from

The roof, wall and frame materials, and any asbestos assessment. Photos help, but only testing confirms asbestos.

  2. The way in

The driveway or side access, narrow points, anything overhead and space to load. The narrowest width and any turns tell us which machine fits.

  3. Services and things that stay

Power or plumbing connections, fences, trees and nearby surfaces, with disconnections and protection agreed before work starts.

What to send for your garage demolition & removal quote
  • Garage dimensions and construction materials
  • Photos of roof, walls and access
  • Whether it is attached to another structure
  • Slab, footing and future-use requirements

Photos and plans help, but you can enquire without them.

Will the concrete slab be removed too?

It can be, but it isn’t assumed. The quote shows the slab on its own line, based on whether it’s staying and how you’ll use the space.

Is there a rough price for garage removal?

As a ballpark, yes: the typical Sydney market rates in our price section. Your own price depends on the size, the materials, any asbestos, the slab and the access, and your free written quote sets it.

Can a shed come down at the same time?

Yes. Sheds and other outbuildings next to the garage can be part of the same job and the same quote.

Is my garage’s fibro sheeting asbestos?

It might be. Only testing confirms it, so leave it undisturbed until it’s checked. If it is asbestos, our own team removes non-friable sheeting under our licence as part of the job.

Asbestos removal
Can you get a machine down my driveway?

That depends on the narrowest width, any turns and anything overhead. A photo of the way in and the narrowest measurement tell us which machine fits.

Is a quote free?

Yes, by phone or through the form. If a job needs testing, reports, professional advice or approval work, those costs are agreed with you before anything is ordered.
