The challenge
Removing brickwork and timber around the remaining structure while coordinating an excavator and truck within a restricted working area.
The photographs follow the brick and timber removal through to the cleared ground, showing how the machine and truck shared the house footprint.

The excavator worked from inside the house footprint, through the timber frame and brick.

The tipper parked beside the excavator, so material went straight from the footprint onto the truck.

The block was left as open, levelled ground with track marks across it.
